• CAPE AIR (BOS; WHITE PLAINS, NY; HYANNIS, MA; NEW BEDFORD, MA). 

You can also connect from anywhere through Boston, New York, or DC.

You may also consider flying into Logan and taking a specialty bus to Woods Hole. It is a quick 1.5 hour ride and you get to enjoy an iconic MV ferry ride.
